Created as part of the Three Cities programme, Leicester’s Speakeasy Theatre Company, Derby’s Red Earth Theatre and Nottingham Playhouse Roundabout worked in partnership to create this fantastic piece recommended for 9-12 year olds.

The last balloon explores themes of transition in the lives of young people and toured Leicester Schools as part of the spark festival, Bulwell E.A.Z. schools as part of the Three Cities festival and Derby's Guildhall Theatre as part of Derby's festival of dance and theatre for children in June 2007.
