At present the company has two core staff members who work full time on managing, administering and delivering a very busy programme. They are-

Fleur Fogden (Freelance Development and Fundraising) 

The Company employs a network of locally based artists to help deliver its busy programme, and also works with an associate artist, Miriam Keye of Locostandu Dance Company.

The current Performing /Workshop Company is: Nicola Peace, Andrew McWilliam, John Hobson, Jenny Hoole, Sheetal Pattni, Trina Haldar, Jenna Forbes, Joanne Weaver.

Board members are Dr Nalita James, Neil Blunt, Peter Worrall, Andrew Reeves, Bethia McNeil, Sallie Wocha, Jitesh Pandya, Sarah Ferrier.
